Users of the service possess the right to lodge a complaint on our website redemption@mumbaigoldcabs.com. For which they will be given a token of gold points on the collection of which they are entitled to receive Free Bonus Mileage (FBM).
Driver’s complaint: rash driving – on informing the company about the rash driving of the driver; confirmation will be taken in 24hours with respect to the authenticity of the situation and the customer will be awarded with 15 gold points.
Misbehaviour – in case of any kind of misconduct or misbehaviour on behalf of the driver the customer on informing the company will be eligible to 20 gold points.
Non cleanliness of the vehicle – if the customer finds the vehicle in an unclean situation he/she has the right to mention the same to the company; on which the company will look into the matter religiously and the customer is entitled to receive 10 gold points
Cancellation on part of the driver without informing the passenger – The customer has to inform the company in situations where the driver cancels the trip without giving prior information to the customer (except in case of an emergency). The customer on redressing the same to the company will be awarded 20 gold points.
A customer on collection of 100 gold points is entitled to receive a gift of 5 kms taxi travel voucher from the company. |
